Check in was easy, location is close to two train stations which is convenient. The room was a very nice large size with a good sized bathroom. Towels are a bit old and had holes, pillows lumpy. The whole building has a rustic feel to it which makes it unique with the furniture and decor. If needing to be in the area again I would stay here again.

The location was easy. Checking in was easy, just ring the number. The gardens and outside was lovely. The inside was tired, the dinning area was very dusty. Our room, the skirting boards, cornices were very dusty and cobwebs, you could open the window but chose not to as dirty and dusty, the white curtain was dirty. The bathroom was annoying for us as the floor was always wet as the shower was open to the room. Please also maintain the mould situation in the bathroom,it is not good.

We were attending a concert at Homebush. It was a 5 minute stroll to the train station and then an easy train journey to the stadium. The local shops are terrific with great cafes and eateries. It felt very safe to walk from the station late at night. The building itself is a former grand home with an ugly /70's or 80's add on. The original part of the building is furnished with antiques and is quiet, spacious and very clean. I would have no hesitation in staying again in our room which had an ensuite and was generously proportioned. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to have it nicely heated. It represents great value price wise given how handy it is to the station and the local village shops.

We stayed for one night to go to a concert. The property was clean and tidy. Staff were very accommodating. Easy access with public transport as well as on site parking for whichever option you take. Close to restaurants too. Would stay here again.

It was super clean and quiet. Felt very safe. We had a bit of an issue with our key but the manager went out of his way to fix it and help us out. Very friendly staff. Would stay again if I was in the area.

This accommodation sits in a gorgeous garden and the building itself is completely lovely. What wasn’t so nice was all the hairs we discovered on our sheets. Very ill indeed. The check in was a bit weird too.

Rooms were very big & the decor was really fabulous taking you back to early last century with oak furniture & period paintings, but with all modern facilities available. I regulary visit Sydney & highly recommend a stay at Darcys.
