Our open living and dining area, private bathroom, and renovated kitchen are yours to enjoy, as well. We're within a short distance if you want to visit Abbotford’s fabulous attractions, waterside parks, restaurants, shops, and parks. - 3 minute walk to Sydney Rowing Club and restaurants - 3 minute walk to the bus stop - 20 minute drive to CBD
• Property is for use of booked guests only and parties, noisy social gatherings are strictly prohibited
• There is to be no behavior / noise that impacts negatively on neighbors and local community
• Courtyard/balcony areas are not to be used in any way that creates noise or other disturbance for neighbours – they should not be used between 10 pm and 8 am
• When absent from the property all windows and doors are to closed and locked to avoid security and water damage issues
• Smoking is prohibited inside (please smoke outside)
• Any breakages/ damage to be reported to us

The house is in great location and was clean modern and comfortable. We only stayed one night. Some of the messaging I. The lead up was confusing but didn’t take away from the accommodation
