"Our room was clean and spacious with ample amenities including a well-equipped kitchenette. The room had plenty of storage options, a safe, desk, iron and ironing board and balcony, while the bathroom was also generous in size. Reception staff were friendly and helpful as were those in the breakfast dining area. Great location and an easy walk to Darling Harbour, public transport, scenic attractions, shopping and dining options. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying here again on future visits."

"During my stay I encountered several cleanliness issues including an un-vacuumed carpet, an uncleaned bathroom, a bug found on my toothbrush, and broken glass in the bathroom. The team were responsive when contacted and did arrange a partial clean the following day which improved the carpet and smell. The broken glass was also eventually removed after being raised a second time. However, at no point was any form of compensation offered or even a genuine acknowledgement of how uncomfortable the experience had been — which for the price point and standard expected, I think would have gone a long way. I'm sure this isn't reflective of every stay, but I left feeling like my concerns were managed rather than genuinely cared about, and wouldn't feel confident returning."

"The air con in the room was hot and cold all the time, can never get the room to a comfortable temperature and stay like that. Probably being picky, was definitely expecting room coffee is better than a nescafe 43 sachet. After housekeeping we werent given fresh face wash, when asking the staff said they ran out. Every morning when the airline staff checking out the front foyer was a mess, always a struggle to get to the lifts. We liked the bar, good seatings. And its great location if you are after somewhere in darling harbour "
