"The room I was originally in had no tv remote and aircon wasn't cooling. Queen bed was comfier, single bed hard and has large holes in the end of base. Then I was upgraded to another room. When enquired about aircon, overnight staff assisted well. Staff were lovely and helpful. "

"Convenient location to airport, curtains did not fit the window so vehicle traffic lights kept shining into the room and found it difficult to sleep. Our stay included breakfast which was very confusing apparently we couldn’t sit at any table got asked to move but there was no reserved signs on them. Signage would be very helpful."

"Very convenient for the international terminal at Melbourne Airport. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom arrangements unusual, with separate w.c. and shower room. Hand basin in the bedroom. Being close to the airport there was a smell of aviation fuel in the bedroom, which was not pleasant. (Window closed)."

"Me and my partner loved our stay here! The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We only stayed a night as our flight was early hours of the morning and we found this super convenient. Just one stop on a bus ride and we were at the international airport! The bed was super comfy and offered us a great night sleep before our 30 hour journey home!"

"For a quick ride to the airport, this is a very good property to stay at. There are not many restaurants or shops nearby, but a great restaurant in the hotel."

"The hotel is 15 min drive, not 3 like is advertised. The rooms are very, very small but clean. The problem is the extreme noise from the street, thin walls between the rooms and constant noise from running bathroom water. Difficult to sleep. "
