"The hotel was well equipped and well kept but the service in the restaurant was pretty poor."

"Very comfortable bed and room. Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, and they gave us a lovely warm cookie on check-in. The only downside, was the sign in sheet was printed in incredibly small font, and the printer clearly needed a service and some ink."

"Room clean. Some guests put dirty towels or linen out on cotidoor. Not staffs fault but unsightly and possible trip hazard. Breakfast would be helped by warm plates. Staff very good. Parking was tight when we returned from a funeral Monday night. At least one space impossible to use due to badly parked transit. We will check to see if there is a Holiday express locally wjen we go elsewhere."

"Our first stay; able to park underground on a Sunday so happy to pay for parking which felt very secure. Staff extremely helpful in ensuring that we took the correct route out of Swindon when leaving. Duty manager on our check in date helped us find a local pub for the Sunday football. He also provided a place to store luggage in the meantime. Good breakfast before we set off"
