This beautiful villa is located in Istria, in the small town of Nedescina, where you can relax and enjoy the unspoilt nature in peace. The magnificent house, built in a modern style, is ideal for families with children and offers everyone a luxurious dream holiday. On the ground floor there is a wellness area that will delight all those who want to relax in the sauna. A special atmosphere is created by the ceiling in the wellness area, which is illuminated to resemble the firmament, giving you the feeling that you are relaxing somewhere under the stars. You can also work out in the fitness room. But it's not just the feel-good atmosphere with high-quality furnishings, design and comfort that will delight you, but also the beautiful garden with swimming pool, sunbathing area and many amenities. Children can use the playground with slide, swings and climbing frame. A special feature of the villa is the tennis court with artificial turf and floodlights, offering a great opportunity for active holidaymakers.



You will spend most of your days here hiking and sightseeing, cycling and exploring the countryside or visiting the sea. The villa is located in close proximity to Labin, a town with rich history and cultural heritage, known today as a town of artists and galleries. It is also close to the beautiful town of Rabac.
