Good sized room & loved the decor. Hotel was in a very good location for restaurants, bars & shopping but the facilities at the hotel itself were great too. All the staff were friendly and very courteous. The breakfast was very good too, we had a great stay!

The staff was phenomenal and the service they gave was great, really enjoyed my stay but the rooms really need a better carpet cleaning, it was clear the vacuuming isn’t enough. There was hair and lots of dust still left after cleaning and dirty light switches.

Love Proud Mary, love the staff’s attention to detail. The decor is uniquely beautiful. It’s my second time staying here. And highly recommended! Especially, if you’re traveling from outside the country. The standards are very high and it’s right by the mall with great restaurants nearby.

Great stay at The Hyde in Johannesburg. The location is excellent and felt very safe. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops, so everything you need is right there. All the e-hailing drivers knew exactly where it was, which made getting around really easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It’s a great base for exploring the city, and we would happily stay here again.
