"It was in neighbourhood, not too noisy."

"There was air and heat . But there was no ice machine, restaurant, or anything to purchase if hungry unless you used there vending machine. The person working the front desk was very quiet i had written them about getting a letter check out with zero response and i had messaged them at 7am . Basically its a decent place to sleep its not on the hogh end side but it was one of the cheaper hotels on the area"

"So it’s basically an old motel. The front staff were nice to deal with and courteous. The initial impression of the motel was it’s old but looks clean. Our room looked clean and had what appears the standard hotel furniture. Sheets and towels smelled clean. The door at the bottom had a gap enough to let the outside light in. The sheers for the window were gone. The baseboards were scuffed and dirty. The floor near the door seemed a little dirty. Overall, for the price I paid for a room in the area its was okay. Maybe expected the hotel chain to clean it up better as it is an old hotel. Would I come back, probably not."

"The washroom was a problem. There is a need to clean the washroom and it was never mentioned while booking that the washroom was share with many other people."

"Not very clean, i would not recommend it. The area around the hotel is not very family friendly. No water available, no forks, no microwave, you just get unclean room, the person on the front was nice. Parking cross the street. I would not stay there "

"Quiet and affordable place"

"Upon arrival the house had no lights on & a bunch of conflicting signage outside the gate. I phoned one of the #s and was greeted by cold condescension. This "business" requested cash only to pay for rooms, but was not able to provide me with $5 in change — instead I was given a literal handful of less than $2 in various currency coins. Highly unprofessional. The counters in the shared kitchen & bathroom were filthy; garbages were half full; the towel I was provided smelled moldy as though it had sat forgotten in the wash for several days. I understood I was booking the cheapest available room with a shared bathroom, so I didn't expect to have a super nice space but I did expect it to be clean. I did book a room that specifically said queen sized bed, so I was surprised to be put in what felt like a closet on a double sized cot, not a queen sized bed. When I raised my concern, she was rude in saying "I told you so" that we wouldn't be happy with the room and that we should've paid extra to upgrade to "a room with a view". It was late; we didn't need a view. I pushed back about the bed size so she begrudgingly gave us the room with a proper queen bed as a "free upgrade" but insisted she'd have to cancel our original reservation in favour of a "private walk-up" booking. The "view" was just parking... I wanted to check out the mansion but wasn't allowed in the suite area, which all the ad's pics showed. Everything about this place felt misleading at best, fraudulent at worst."
