"Everything was great and as expected, lovely property, clean! Unfortunately, there was a construction going on right outside of our balcony, and so balcony was locked from the outside by construction workers. Unit owner was not notified by the building that balcony door was being blocked. She offered me a very reasonable discount/refund, and so we were happy to spend more time outside and by the pool area, thus not having balcony was not that big of an issue."

"The place within itself was good. Very spacious and the property manager was very kind. The hotel and its staff 3/10. Lack of “need to know” poor communication, unorganized, no manager to call in an emergency, the valet speaks no English, and they definitely prioritize certain guest. "

"Ac didn’t cool the room for the whole stay. Ended up paying for resort fee that was not explained until check in!"
