The place within itself was good. Very spacious and the property manager was very kind. The hotel and its staff 3/10. Lack of β€œneed to know” poor communication, unorganized, no manager to call in an emergency, the valet speaks no English, and they definitely prioritize certain guest.

Do not stay here

We have traveled frequently with VRBO and never had a bad experience. Until now. We chose this condo for a 14 day stay. We suffered through roaches, 4 days with no air conditioning, and a host that ghosted us. We paid out of pocket to stay elsewhere while host arranged for insecticide. No partial refund as promised by host. We are done with Vrbo.
