"Room clean and fairly comfortable, but dated and showing wear & tear, especially the bath. Bring a sleep mask if you’re a light sleeper - the wooden louvre shutters let in a LOT of light from the grounds and the main street, so it’s hard to sleep. Staff were great, and looked after us well when the Chromecast system failed (gave us a much appreciated complementary breakfast voucher). Good location, and we really appreciated having a lift to the room and no stairs. "

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I was able to park outside the room. The courtyard area was a bit dark but that's what cell phone flashlights are for! Reception was open when we checked in. Lady on reception was friendly. We left the room key in the box at reception when we left. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Location was close to main street which was easily walkable. There were no breakfast facilities at the hotel but we drove a few miles to the Kafe Koala in Kennett River a few miles away. Great tea and coffee with a small shop selling Australian momentous and tee shirts. I saw kangaroos near the cafe. "

"Walking into the room was an attack on the senses. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, thick cob webs on the kitchen window which didnt open worn out and sagging bed and sofa but worst of all was the the pungent stench of the carpet. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!."
