The staff were amazing, so friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and always ready for us.

From the welcome (shout out to Darcy) to the bed, the bathroom, the location, the breakfast.... all was great. Just be aware, they don't have their own car park. But we parked in the car park closest to the hotel, which was the same as having their own... it just cost a little more.

Very convenient property, staff were very helpful.

Highlight of our trip to England. Everything was just amazing, staff were so friendly, breakfast buffet was great, history of the building and surrounds was so interesting and we loved walking around the grounds. Close to Stratford-upon-Avon and a great base to explore the Cotswolds.

Quietness Facilities Remote location away from cbd

A beautiful setting this grade 2 listed building has so much character. There were a few minor issues but they were far outweighed by the positives. Architecture and the gardens were exquisite. Would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

Absolutely everything! Firstly all the staff we encountered were so hospitably, everything in the hotel was so clean and new looking. Our room was a great size with a brilliant bathroom. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. We even had a bar fridge and fresh milk supplied. Location was brilliant. We couldn't be happier and wished we could have stayed there longer. Excellent value for money, the only place to stay when in Coventry.

Only stayed one night, wish we had more time. Beautiful old Abbey tastefully remodelled into upmarket accommodation. Good food in restaurant and very good breakfast. Was worried on arrival as venue for a school prom night but staff well organised and did not bother other guests. Look forward to returning ...brilliant

To be honest, the photos online don't do this place justice. It's perfectly lovely, and the family room was gorgeous. Mary is a delight, couldn't be more helpful or courteous, she is a wonderful host. There is a busy little row of shops just at the end of the street, where you can get beautiful food, coffee/tea, cash out etc... it's a lovely town. We'll certainly stay again next time we're here, and highly recommend. Thanks Mary!

Fukk of character, spacious, well-managed (Roy was exceptional)

Great location as a base to explore the cotswolds. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished with good amenities.
