Property is brand new, staff are very helpful and everything is modern and clean. Cogs restaurant is a credit to the hotel, and the food is excellent value for money given the high quality. Excellent stay all-round, and hope to visit again soon!

Excellent location, conveniently walkable to the train station major plus facility and room incredibly clean. Bed was super comfortable excellent bedding great TV bathroom immaculately clean I think clean is a major factor for me and this checked off all the boxes.

New, friendly staff great food

Hotel was only opened a few days earlier, very comfortable, food was fantastic along with a great atmosphere with all staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained however the stars of the show are definitely the staff, every single one is friendly and can’t do enough for you. Ladies at check in = wonderful, waitress/waiter in the restaurant =excellent, chef on the evening = fabulous, staff at breakfast = great, and chef at breakfast = awesome. Rooms very clean so clearly the house keeping staff are also brilliant. Very well managed, congratulations to everyone on a fabulous hotel.

Great room, location and restaurant but the best bit by far was the staff. So helpful and made extra effort with my little boy. Chef even cooked something that wasn’t on the menu for him. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Modern, convenient and comfortable

Last minute booking for an overnight stay. Slow start as there was a mix up during check in and they wanted to charge us even though the room was prepaid. Eventually got to our room and then much, much better. Room was modern, clean and comfortable…apart for the ac that was too hot. Would stay again.

This hotel was an absolute joy from arrival to check out. It is well located with nice, clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. The food is delicious but the thing that really separates this hotel is the staff. Every single member of staff I spoke to went out of their way to be helpful. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

The location is ideal – just a short walk to downtown, with convenient parking nearby and a variety of great restaurants within easy reach. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The lobby is beautifully decorated, with unique paintings displayed throughout, adding a lovely artistic touch to the atmosphere. It really gives the place a distinctive and charming vibe. The restaurant and bar on-site were also a highlight. We enjoyed excellent food and drinks in a cozy, relaxed setting. Overall, this hotel offers great value, a wonderful ambiance, and top-notch service – highly recommended!

Absolutely everything! Firstly all the staff we encountered were so hospitably, everything in the hotel was so clean and new looking. Our room was a great size with a brilliant bathroom. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. We even had a bar fridge and fresh milk supplied. Location was brilliant. We couldn't be happier and wished we could have stayed there longer. Excellent value for money, the only place to stay when in Coventry.

Perfect stay

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. They got in touch with me in advance to check if I had any requests for high or low floor, duvet or pillow preferences, I asked for soft pillows if possible and they provided ones that were perfect, and the ideal number of them. The room was clean and well thought out, as were all the amenities. I couldn't fault a single aspect of our stay. The hotel is moments walk from the train station and it was wonderfully quiet at night, This will always be my first choice of where to stay when visiting Coventry.

A really great option for those, like me, who needed quick access to the train station and the city centre. It is encouraging to see the area being developed with facilities like this, it was definitely not there when I went to college at The Butts 30 years ago! :-)
