"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was comfortable and with three of us, it was roomy and our granddaughter could have her privacy. The only drawback was the lack of a guard rail on the front steps. My husband and I are 76 so I would have felt more comfortable with a guard rail."

"The property is nestled into a tranquil hillside surrounded by trees and wildlife with easy access to hiking trails and adorable nearby towns with great places to eat. The unit we stayed in was clean and well-appointed and extremely comfortable. The spa area is shared but we never encountered others. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. "

"Personally, this was a moderately decent stay. I’ve stayed in shared-restroom places before and usually enjoy them, so this experience wasn’t new to me.Area – Fantastic location. I felt safe walking around, great restaurants nearby and Chinatown/Union Square within walking distance. Took the BART from the airport since it stopped close by, which saved money on rideshare. "We enjoyed our stay at Springer's lovely victorian inn. The instructions and all communications were clear and the location was very safe and central. Comfortable bed, nice linens/towels and a coffee maker small fridge added to the convenience. The lovely library/sitting room was a bonus!"
