Relax in this baseball-themed retreat in Berkeley. This peaceful 2-story 1-bedroom building features cozy twin beds, a sofa bed, cable TV, WiFi, and a stereo system with a collection of classic LPs. A double hot plate, microwave and mini fridge make good use of the natural food store next door. The sink and washer/dryer keep things clean. The second floor consists of a conference room and dedicated workspace, as well as a shower and toilet. A secluded outdoor patio includes a table and chairs and opens onto a private lawn.

Cool & quirky place the size of a warehouse! Tons of baseball memorabilia and history. Dave’s a really cool dude! Highly recommend staying and something that’s completely different for a change.

If you are not a big baseball fan and would like to have a good night sleep, don’t come here. It is a shabby, barn-like old house. Everything is in the condition of a century years old. The bedroom in the first floor has no windows. The bathroom is at the second floor. The entire time I was in, there’s frequently loud noise from somewhere. I could only sleep for a couple of hours.
