"Our stay was exceptional. Only opportunity would be to replace the dryer in our apartment as it wont work even if you only put 2 or 3 clothes to dry"

"The staff were generally cheerful, helpful, and responsive. We had problems with our TV and they managed to replace it with a smart TV the next day. Some annoyances: The advertised “Garden View” was dirt, tree roots, sparse grass and the guest services building. We asked for additional coffee pods but were told we would have to pay an additional &1.00 per pod. The toilet seat would not stay up (only a male problem). "
