Housekeeping was perfect. Special mention to Santiago, who immediately made us feel welcomed on our first day and offered recommendations of places to eat which were also amazing. "Beautiful pools, the water was warm with so much space for everyone to enjoy. The property is huge however and it’s a fair way to walk from the room to anywhere really. It would also be nicer if there were more things for the kids to do and evening activities to make it more lively."
