We had a private room with a queen bed and it was very comfortable although linens were a bit worn. Shared kitchen and bathroom areas were clean. Hot shower was excellent. "My partner and I were at the end of a three week trip when we stayed here and having the kitchenette was fantastic!! We loved making some meals and all of the appliances are there for you. The location is just outside temple bar and it was a short walk to any tour pick up spots and very close to a drop off/ pick up spot for the Dublin express to the airport. We had a great breakfast the day of our flight as well. Would definitely stay again!! "
