Room was clean and comfortable, the staff all very friendly and helpful. The menu choices for breakfast was very good and food came out hot, the continental option was also fresh. Spa facilities clean and adequate for what we wanted. Would go again.

Loved the hotel, staff were very friendly. Had lovely breakfast, didn’t have our evening meal there as thought the prices were far too expensive although I should imagine the food is very nice

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel was so well kept, clean and tidy, and we booked treatments which were great too. Food was fantastic and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room, and the water pressure from the shower was terrible

Weekend away in Tenby

Great stay. Really good facilities enjoyed by all the family. Food in the hotel was top drawer and staff couldn't do enough to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

We've just had a lovely weekend at this spa hotel and we couldn't fault the staff but for the money we'd expected a little more from the room. If you're booking the largest room available for a relaxing weekend, you want those creature comforts. The bathroom was lacklustre with a small bath / shower, the pillows were flat, there's no mini fridge, the carpets hadn't been hoovered properly, the TV was basic with limited options. Whilst these small details can be overlooked, they contribute to the loss of any wow factor.
