"The stay was quite uncomfortable making us leave after the first night. Had to sleep and move about the apartment dressed in layers due to cold and clammy temperatures. Host stated that the municipality would not allow turning on the heating system during the month of May but then turned on the heaters anyway when we complained about the cold temperatures…only to wake up in the middle of the night freezing and finding the heaters turned off again. "The kitchen was dirty . Filter in aircon and hood was very dirty and did not function as it should because of that. There was no remoutecontrol to the aircon. There is at all no sun at the terrace all the day as it is placed to the north. The pool area is very expensive to use. 20 Euro each person for 4 hour. Every time. At all this appartment is not worth the money. Very expensive in relation to what you get."

"This is a very special property with a kind, conscientious host. It’s an ancient farmhouse carefully restored and now in the main plaza of Cavedine. "We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Amazing hotel in ideal position!
"Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area."
