We had a wonderful stay at Evergreen Lodge. The room was just delightful with it's own private balcony overlooking woodland. The staff were wonderful and the amenities were extensive; everything you need is there. Particularly loved the hot spa.

We had a good experience at this property.
Highly recommended location for visiting Yosemite National Park from San Francisco.
Lucky Buck cafe next door was convenient and excellent for breakfast & dinner.

I picked this hotel as it was close to a Yosemite NP entry gate. I was advised that check-in was strictly 4:30pm and not a minute earlier. Feeling tired after a long drive and with no options of things to do at the property at 3pm we had no option but to drive more!! I know time is required for room changeover but would be nice to see some accommodation of weary travellers!
Apart from that we had a good stay. We had a room near the cafe and it was quite spacious and well appointed. As it faced...
