"We loved The Nici hotel i Newquay! The staf was amazing, clean and nice room, and the location was perfect. The hotel had only been open for a month when er were there, so the pool was not ready yet. But we got a free massage and the kids could have a free surfinglesson if they had wanted to. It is close to everything in town, so we walked everywhere. We really liked this hotell, and would stay there again if we're coming back to Newquay!"

"Absolutely disgusting property. Health and safety would have a field day. Hallways strewn with duvets, covers, towels. Dirty cups and empty cans. Leadsover the hallway floor. Matresses blocking hallways. No soap in dispensers for simple bathroom hygiene. No protective covers on mattresse, just a fitted sheet on top. Windows with no handles. 8 parking spaces that you can't prebook, but if you are lucky it costs £10 per night. DO NOT STAY HERE"

The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and prepared with so much care – definitely one of the highlights of my stay. "Clean, nice room for a single person. My private bathroom was Cosy. The staff's were above and beyond the call of duty. They worked hard to maitain good standards. Everyone was happy with their stay that i saw. Wish I'd gone to the bar there looked fantastic the morning after a party look. I missed it. Would definitely stay again. Want a double room next time. All the rooms have private bathrooms, this is not a back packers hostel, they are families rooms."

"Had a wonderful few days at the hotel. The staff were amazing. My daughter is a coeliac and the breakfast offerings were great . We did not expect much but it was amazing and again the staff couldn’t have been more helpful."

"We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms, it was very well kept and comfortable, we were only there for one night, but would stay again. One thing is lack of parking, need to pre book as there are limited spaces, but the train station is less than a 2 min walk away, so for us it wasn’t a problem as we parked there instead."

"Perched at the top of of the cliffs overlooking the ocean, Camelot Castle was an amazing spot with lots of history. It is the perfect spot to explore. the nearby Tintagel castle ruins. The views were spectacular. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was delicious. Highly recommended."
