"Very convenient to Southern Cross Station which is diagonally across from it. It's locality allows easy access to free tram zone (CBD) or you can choose to walk. I liked the position so much I've booked again for my next visit to Melbourne."

"The friendly, casual customer service provided by the staff at reception when we arrived was fantastic, was easy and precise, no issues at all. The apartment we had was ideal, clean and just what we wanted and only thing I could fault was no exhaust fan in the bathroom but otherwise overall was a good experience. Perhaps next time we would prefer to stay in an apartment on a higher level with a better city view. "

"All very good except there was a loud noise from outside room 318 ,dogs barking so disturbing sleep "

"Needs updating in some areas although having stayed several times we can see improvements. Barest provisions so take milk, snacks, wine etc for yourself. Could be slightly more generous with towels too. Shower lovely! Be aware rooms have a step up to the bathroom area. Bed very clean and comfortable , lovely blanket provided on beds much appreciated last night with the cold weather. "
