We read in the welcome pack about drinking our “welcome Prosecco” but sadly weren’t provided with any (we weren’t expecting any so not an issue) but the milk sachets we were provided were out of date - by 9 months! "A group of friends having a much needed night away. Accommodation was beautiful, everything we needed for a night away. Pre stay communication was poor, we were not given any details on how to access the property before we arrived. When we did arrive there was a key code box next to our property but we didn't have the code, took a few phone calls and answer phone messages and knocks on the doors of other property's to try and find out how we could get into our property. "From booking to arrival the communication was fantastic. Jayne provided lots of local information which was invaluable. When we arrived at the property we were blown away by how amazing it was.
