Having walked into a freezing cold cottage we quickly read the instructions for heating but some hours later it was no warmer so...

"We loved our stay. It is a beautiful location, beautiful little stay. It is tastefully decorated wonderful place. The views are stunning and the pictures in the ad are accurate. Other than booking confirmation and payment communication the owners lack in communication. We never received the key box entry code pre arrival. Luckily the cleaning lady was on site cleaning another unit and let us in. Honestly if we got there a bit later I am confident we would have been out of luck and sleeping in...

"A group of friends having a much needed night away. Accommodation was beautiful, everything we needed for a night away. Pre stay communication was poor, we were not given any details on how to access the property before we arrived. When we did arrive there was a key code box next to our property but we didn't have the code, took a few phone calls and answer phone messages and knocks on the doors of other property's to try and find out how we could get into our property. Hosts did get back to us...
