"The property was exactly as listed. Was very clean. Had a nice quite beach that at times we had to ourselves. Location is close to boardwalk and stores. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice area with little commotion unlike big resorts. Its truly a place to just relax!"

The views from the covered porch are amazing. The ocean water was calm, great for snorkeling! The pool was clean with plenty of loungers to sit on. We hope to stay again some day!"

"The property was a clean condo in a gated community just a mile or two from downtown Christansted parking. The pool was gorgeous, rarely occupied and had a distant view of buck island and the ocean. Check in and check out were easy, and the host is a great communicator. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay."

The communication with the owner before the trip was excellent, and an extremely helpful document was sent beforehand that provided great recommendations for snorkel tours, restaurants, etc. The on-site manager was immediately responsive when we had a question. "Clean and nice view from 3rd floor condo. Sugar beach was pretty secluded and residents were always friendly and helpful. Location was good and only a short drive to Christiansted. Property owner was quick to respond and address issues. Condo is listed as two bedrooms but most of our trip we couldn’t use the loft. The roof was leaking overtop one of the twin beds so that had to be addressed on night one. It was too hot up there to sleep without AC or fan going constantly. Power cut off multiple...

"Great location. Out of town but close enough to all the beaches , restaurants and fun activities the island has to offer. Also very close to the grocery store and multiple gas stations. Very safe. Loved being able to just sit on the porch or leave the porch door open while cooking or laying in bed and listen to the waves.Super awesome having 24hr. access to a beautiful beach and the ocean just a few steps outside of the apartment door. I love to take late night / early morning walks by myself...

The condo was just as described in the listing, the only down side is there is no a/c units although most nights the breeze from the ocean made it tolerable but during the day it was extremely hot inside the unit."
