"Nice hotel in a great location and good service. The hotel was nearby the French Quarter and there were plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was regular US continental breakfast. I liked the coffee options in the room, the coffee was nice. In the improvement site 1. The room was supposed to be to have two Queen beds well it had but the mattresses were much smaller. 2. Room air ventilation is poor after few days the room started to smell 3. Bath should be maintained better."

"Parking lot/self pay parking was the only plus. The room was dated, not cleaned, and not the room I originally booked. I understand rooms are not guaranteed due to not receiving a room with a bath tub. The half shower door sprayed water everywhere, resulting in soaking the floor which is a safety hazard. I brought it up to management and was advised to put a towel down, as if I had not done that already, and was questioned “why I’d want to take a bath in a hotel room” when the topic of room availability was brought up. Our entrance/security room door lock was broken upon arrival, but maintenance did fix this in a timely manner. The discount to the restaurant attached to the hotel is misleading and ultimately ended up being no use to us even though we dined there with the expectation of a discount. Location of this hotel is convenient but as a Louisiana native and frequent visitor of New Orleans, it was disappointing."

" I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made for a great experience. The staff was especially kind and welcoming. I would like to give a special thank you to Agent William, who did an excellent job during check-in. He made sure we were well informed about the hotel and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth start to our stay. Although there was a small mishap with another staff member, the management team handled the situation quickly and professionally. Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue made a positive impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans, and I will definitely be returning in the future."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff; however, I didn't realized how small the bathroom was and our toilet kept running. Other than that, this was a nice hotel within walking distance of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter."
