"Brand new home, safe location."

"It was a beautiful property, easy check-in. Stocked with just the basic amenities but was enough for what we needed. 2 AC units, one in the main bedroom room and one in the living room, the home was well insulated so it stayed cool the duration of our visit. The surroundings were very beautiful and felt very safe. I would stay here again if I'm visiting this area. "

"This was the worst house and should not be allowed to be on this website or any website. The house was dirty, bedding stained, it smelt of mould in the kitchen and a leak in the cupboard. There was a stench throughout the house like something had died in there. We had to leave due to the smell, mould and the dust throughout the upstairs area. We had requested a refund and found somewhere else to stay. The pictures are not a trie reflection of the property. Very dissapointed and Stayz need to...

"Clean place, newly renovated, and useful amenities. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!"

"The location in proximity to UQ was incredible. Public transport was easy to navigate given how close it was to the property. Clean room and bathroom. Sharing the kitchen was an alright experience. Host was easy to communicate with. Did wish there was a better blind situation in the bathroom for better privacy. Overall, very happy though."
