"The apartment was clean and a excellent place to stay"

"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I found it difficult doing the extensive online check-in including scanning ID and inputting bond payment card details. Staff were helpful when I called them. It was useful to have the washing machine right outside. Netflix was not working, but other channels were. Price was on the high side."

"The room was very clean. It was secure parking, secure stay, no noise, very good for family. 3-5 minutes max drive for the nearest shopping centre. Though we had bit of hiccups in check-in but our request for reasonable late check-out was approved. The comms with owner was also good. Love to go back and stay the same place for my next visit."
