About this space
Clean and modern home in a great NW Spokane location. Entire home remodeled and designed specifically for short term guests w/ electric vehicle charger. Located a short 4 miles from Riverside State Park/Bowl & Pitcher, Riverfront Park in downtown, Spokane Arena and The Podium Sportsplex. Also, just a short walk to Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, BMX Spokane, Joe Albi Skate Park and the VA Hospital. Now that spring is here we are finishing up the landscaping which includes a patio and fenced back yard.

Just a few miles from the Spokane River and Riverside State Parks Bowl and Pitcher with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails and the paved Centennial Trail. We are also just a 1/2 mile from the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, BMX Spokane race track, Joe Albi Skate Park and the VA Hospital. The entire home has been renovated and is as close to a new home as you can get. It consists of three levels (Main floor, 2nd floor and basement) and is roughly 2300 sq/ft. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 Queen bedrooms and 1 Bedroom with two twinXL's. All beds are new and are either hybrid or memory foam beds. Kitchen table expands to accommodate 6+ chairs. The home has central A/C and is equipped with a tankless water heater to ensure everyone gets a hot shower.

Great house for families!

We were in town for Hoopfest and this house was perfect for our team's families to stay together. Loved how modern and updated everything is and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be very comfortable. We walked to a couple great restaurants in the neighborhood too. Highly recommend!

Great rental, costly deposit

The home was in excellent condition and the location was prime. The renovations really maximized the space to accommodate a large family group staying in town for a basketball tournament. Could easily share the space with another family as well. This was my first time staying at a VRBO with a high priced damage deposit and I did not realize that it is VRBO’s policy to refund the deposit after 14 days. This factor alone will impact our use of this home for future visits.

Awesome property!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is often difficult to find a home that sleeps so many and meets other expectations but this one does just that! We had 6 adults and 3 kids very comfortably in the house. Check-in, check-out and everything in between was so easy! We'll definitely be back for our travels.

Stayed at house for a weekend baseball tournament fo my son and wedding dress shopping for my daughter. Great use of space. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Very clean and efficient. Beautifully furnished with great back yard to relax in. Would rate this house in top 5 of all stays! Owners very communicative.

Clean and attractive home, recommended if you're not sensitive to soaps, odors, and plan to eat out.

I worked as a residential maid during college. This house was especially clean (dusted and well-maintained), with a few exceptions (ex:kettle, coffee maker). Someone came by in the mornings and cleared away the snow from the entrance. That was really nice. No problems checking in or out. We greatly appreciated the handheld shower heads, as well as the extra fans around the house. The mattresses were comfortable. My husband was happy and comfortable the entire time. I can't say the same. I had an allergic reaction due to the overwhelming, scented laundry detergent on the towels, pillows and blankets. I ended up sleeping with my thin travel blanket and drying off with a hair dryer (provided). We considered leaving to stay at a hotel, because hotels do not use scented laundry soap. I bought my own Eco unscented laundry soap, but the fabrics have been permeated with scent and so is the washing machine. I initially chose to stay at a house so I could cook my own meals. The provided cookware is scratched-up, non-stick and should be thrown away (even the manufacturer says to do so.) The outdoor grill was coated in whatever marinade was previously cooked, so I didn't bother with that (plus, it was snowy.) Plastic cooking utensils are also damaged.We ended up going out to eat, something I strongly dislike- spending what tended to be an extra 67/meal. I would recommend staying here to some individuals, but not everyone.

Small and big at the same time - Nice place

This property is close to everywhere, so don’t be concerned about location. It was perfect for our family needs as we visited Spokane for a memorial. I appreciate the owners allowing us to accommodate a couple extra people. House was very clean, modern, and very well updated. Had all the special touches you would need - seasonings, coffee, trash bags, body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers on the wall in the showers. Hand soap in all bathrooms. Dishwasher and washer & dryer products. When I say everything... I mean everything. Fireplace was a good touch in the living room. My only recommendation I would make as a fellow host of my own private rental, is to have tv's in all the bedrooms and full-size wall mirrors in the bedrooms. This is helpful when you're sharing bathrooms with others and still have a mirror available when the bathroom is in use. I think I misread the description about there being an insuite for the master bath, but it worked out okay as we shared a bathroom with our adult daughter. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, 1 bedroom downstairs, a bathroom and office space. In addition, there is an open tv space with let out couch (on one side of stairs) and on the other side of the stairs, nice washer & dryer. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. Big backyard with grill and place to sit. Would definitely recommend the property.

Family reuniting

Softball brings a family together. We had family members travel from CA, OR, WA and MT to meet up and support my niece for a softball tournament. Some of us have not seen eachother in over 6 years and the opportunity wouldn't have been as seamless without a hub. This home was perfect; an outdoir space to relax at night and the younger ones to run off some energy. The separation of floors gave everyone their own little haven; teens upstairs, Meme downstairs and the others in between. Comfortable in all areas from beds to towels. Quick response when a minor snag with the tv arose (remember to sign out of your streaming service, someone was logged into one, and I think I left myself logged in to another) Overall superb!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is just beautiful and we appreciated the attention to detail in every room. We had a family of six and each couple was able to have their own floor and bathroom. The weather was rainy and cooler and we sure enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The owners are so very nice and communication with them was great. If you want an amazing stay--this is the one!
