"The style of the room, the bar fridge didn’t open though, couldn’t figure it out and I’m surprised the suite room didn’t have a microwave. Besides that the beds were comfy "

"The room was clean and comfortable. We were not there for long but everything seemed to be in good working order! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and filling with a good verity."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Waterloo St. Jacob’s. The room size was excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient and easily accessible to shopping, dining, and nearby attractions. The breakfast options were good, fresh, and well organized, offering a nice start to the day. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is new, everything was very clean. Room is very spacious. I particularly liked the foyer entrance allowing a place for messy shoes and snowy boots without being on the carpet. The hotel was also very close to the new TD Coloseum which made it great to attend a concert, as it was walking distance to the venue. It was also great to have breakfast provided- great food choices."
