"People working in the motel are great. Rooms are clean, but this motel is old and has a very unpleasant smell in all public areas. Hallway carpets appear to be ultra old and dirty. Also a few things appear to be broken - for example, there is exit to the back parking lot, but you cannot reenter since the door has not even key-card access. Breakfast is ok."

"Excellent location within 10-15 min walking distance of outlet mall & mertro to downtown. Free shuttle to airport is very quick & convenient and operates every 30 minutes both ways. Restaurant staff, bellman & shuttle driver were all very friendly & helpful. Room was specious & clean. We would definately stay here again."

"They were doing renovations which was annoying to deal with, but it will likely be worth it in the end. I didn't enjoy not being able to use the stairs at all, which made the elevator wait times extra long sometimes."

"We waited over 30min to check in as there was only ONE person at the front desk and they didn't bother to call a colleague for help despite a long line of guests waiting to check in. As an airport hotel, they should provide appropriate staffing knowing guests likely just came from their flights and want to quickly get to bed. It took longer to check in than to go throigh immigration. Thats unacceptable."

"It was a cheap room for the night but with the elevator issues I wouldn’t want to be there longer. The elevator never came to our floor so we took the stairs and then couldn’t exit the building without setting off the emergency door exit alarm. "
