"The pool is spectacular - but deep! Kids should bring floats - it's an 19th century pool redone for today so ladders only. LOVED the location and very nice staff. Very helpful. Breakfast on site was pricey was excellent. All meals are pricey in Chicago so to be expected I suppose. "

The reason I would not give it 5-stars is the surprise additional $25/per day fee sprung on as at check-in - this was never clear or mentioned prior to arriving. This is dishonest business practice and makes me think twice about booking with Hilton again."
