"Clean"

"Overall the hotel was good. The best thing about it was the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. however there was an issue with the thermostat that was very difficult to work and did not adjust the heat or cold well. We could not sleep due to overheating the room and it took quite a while to figure out how to turn it off. After that we heard the heating going on and off in all the other rooms during the night so the noise was consistent. It appears the infrastructure on the hotel is old despite a nice look. There is also no one there after 8 until 8 in the morning. A number to an answering service is provided if there is an issue or problem. That alone would cause me to stay somewhere else. We didn't know this at the time we made the reservation."

"I love this hotel. I have stayed here on numerous occasions. The hotel staff is so friendly and the food in the hotel is wonderful. Will stay there again in the future, God willing. "

"The pool hot tub area was excellent, Wine tasting every day at 4:30pm. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Wish beds were a little softer, asked for pillow topper but did not have any available. They did offer extra pillows which was nice. "
