"Only stayed for one night but was very nice. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, there were free bottles of waters and refreshments available 24 hours which was a bonus. The breakfast was really good, instead of the usual buffet it was cooked to order from a menu. Conveniently located, 10 minute walk to the closest BTS station and also the pier for the ferries is right next to the station as well. "

The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs .
