- Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not clean. Toilet didn’t flush. Changed room three times. Housekeeper didn’t vacuum or clean the coffee maker machine. Poor upkeep. Towels smell.
Located in Bangkok's Khlong San neighbourhood, Millennium Hilton Bangkok is in the entertainment district and on the waterfront. Wat Pho and Wat Arun are notable landmarks, and travellers looking to shop may want to visit Iconsiam and MBK Center. Consider Central Embassy for a night out, and don't miss Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World if you're travelling with kids.

The location is good being next to ICONSIAM. Lobby and executive lounge are a bit old and need upgrading. Others are good, in particular the room I used in 29 floor which had been newly renovated. Restaurant staff were great and served customers well, but check in and check out staff were not customer orientated. Insufficient staff in the check in and check counter is one of the problem. I booked an executive room with executive loudge access, but no one directed me to check in in the executive lounge. Two staff I met and asked for assistance (one during check and the other should be security staff) just pointed to me to seek assistance from others. I felt offended and not respected. I wonder how this could happen in Hilton. I have never seen such staff attitude in other 5 star hotels.
