"We looooved our stay at ASAI! I'm currently writing this review from my hotel in Chiang Mai wishing it was as nice as ASAI lol. First, the service was really great. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they allowed us to check in early, a huge plus after a long 18 hours of travel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of China Town with sooo many delicious places to eat, plus the hotel being connected to the little mall was insanely convenient! Anytime we wanted something to drink or eat we could just go down and go into the mall. The mall also has a great massage place (Just Relax) and a salon that gave an amazing wash and blowdry! There's a metro station right down the street, and our grabs were really cheap to the main tourist attractions. The room: Super comfortable bed, sheets, daily cleaning, bathroom was perfect, always had hot water, AC was great. We didn't have the breakfast included so we can't speak on that but the coffee place in the lobby was good. The hotel itself is really beautiful inside and the courtyard was a wonderful place to just relax and sit in. Literally the only "con" I can think of is that there aren't any drawers for you to put away your clothes but there were hangers and i'm sure you could ask for more and they'd provide them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and if we come back to Bangkok we will 100% be staying here again!!"

"Such a great hotel with amazing customer service .. The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . I will come again and again to The Peninsular because of its exceptional service, very classic and detailed ! See you again soon . Phiona van straalen"
