Lovely hotel - Absolutely nothing to complain about. Lovely people and good food. Yao Skybar is nice for a drink at night. Location is Ok but then the cost of a Grab makes the location irrelevant.

Fantastic

The concierge was very friendly and helpful, we felt very at ease and welcomed. Great location, there is a mini Big C in front of the hotel and walking distance to bus station. Safe and calm area. Cleanliness and overall look of the hotel was top notch, the view from 26th floor was amazing and they also have a shuttle bus system to a BTS station. Looking forward to come back next time!

Well-maintained rooms. Amazing pool. Fantastic breakfast. Area is a bit outside city center so keep that in mind - you'll likely end up using GRAB and public transport, but they also offer shuttle from hotel to nearest BTS station. Overall, great experience.

Excellent service, luxury accomodations. Club level provided wonderful selection of hot and cold food ss well as full bar selection each evening. The breakfast buffet provided options for all cultures and tastes, well worth the additional costs. Outstanding city views from pool and rooftop restaurant. Would definately choose to stay again when in Bangkok.

We really loved the 3 bedroom suite! We wanted to be able to share the experience with everyone in a hotel and this ticked our boxes. Rooms were immaculate, food was awesome and enjoyed the infinity pool. Getting around would require you to rely on ride hailing platforms as it’s not close to the train.
