Quite simply the the best hotel in Bangkok. I visited other alternatives and found them inferior to the Peninsula. It's the Grand Old Dame of the river and it's absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to go back there.

Lovely hotel with gracious staff. King size bed with balcony was perfect, loved our view of the river. Being able to walk to iconsiam was great (or you can take the hotel boat). The pool area is beautiful and relaxing.

Such a great hotel with amazing customer service .. The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . My stay at the hotel was phenomenal. It was a special stay for myself and my partner, and I was in touch with the hotel early on making arrangments. The guest relations team with Pim in particular being amazing to work with. She truly helped make the stay a special one. The suite had amazing views, with an extremely comfortable bed. Living room was well furnished and we always had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with staff being very efficient with any requests. A lot of variety with dishes changing daily. Spa was extremely relaxing, wished I had time for more treaments.
