"The hotel is in a good location. Staff welcoming. I was upgraded to a room with a window which was good. The room cost was cheap for the area. My only criticism is that the shower facilities are right next to the toilet. For what i paid i wouldn't claim about it, but it did mean having to wipe down the toilet after a shower."

"I always like staying at the Genting hotel when visiting for work. It is fairly priced, convenient and has everything I need. Front desk staff are really friendly too."
"Our room was quieter this time as it was on the opposite side of the hotel. Room seemed nicer. However, the room was very hot as no temperature control facilities in this room. We ate in the restaurant - the lamb shank was amazing. Pool and sauna etc were quiet which was nice."

"Room was nice and spacious, shower was a little tight for my partner (he is quite broad though Lol) and there was no bin in the bedroom although there was a little one in the bathroom. Outside of those factors... The room was lovely and clean... Staff even left a cute note on the desk for us : ) and were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again"
