Beautiful room and super helpful staff. I was able to check in after staffed hours without any hassle. Plus, as I was leaving, they called me to let me know I left something in the room. Location is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach, restaurants, adventure and skydiving facilities.

This was a perfect short stay getaway for Cairns and regional areas. The staff were very very friendly. The meals my wonderful the whole atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable will definitely be back.

Great location, accommodation, friendly staff, everything was perfect

Such a beautiful spot. The glam tent was amazing! Food was incredible!

The property is amazing. Direct access and view to the ocean and walking distance to town. The rooms however are very tired and need a complete overhaul. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The poor restaurant staff are extremely understaffed and at times run off their feet. Unfortunately whilst we were there they were undergoing renovations to the restaurant and bar area which wasn’t pleasant when trying to have a nice relaxing breakfast. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing atmosphere among rainforest, loved the stay!

Friendly, helpful staff and owners, bright, clean rooms, all at a great price. We have been coming back each year, and will continue to stay.

Innisfail Motel is close to all city facilities. Shops, restaurants, town pool, the Johnson River wharf river promenade are all within an easy walk. Price is great value.

Great value and customer service, easy check in

All fine

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The pool was fantastic, the rooms were lovely and quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely added touch and made mornings so easy — one less thing to think about when travelling! We would happily stay here again (actually this is our 3rd or 4th stay) and highly recommend it to anyone looking...
