"The hotel is ideal if you travelling from Haneda airport as it is in Terminal 2 and there is a free shuttle bus which runs very frequently between the three terminals. So it is super convenient in that respect. The staff are very helpful, the hotel is well presented and very clean. There was also an iron and ironing board in the room - a big plus! If you are thinking of staying more than one night as we did, it's quite a way out of town, but doable on public transport. Excellent breakfast included although not much choice for vegans. I would stay again if I was flying from Hanada airport."

"The room was a little small for us but we managed being that hallway was long. Bathroom is small but it was okay. Other than that breakfast is GREAT! Help yourself to face and body necessities. Convenience store (Lawson) in hote with great food options and if you're a smoker they have a smoking room in hotel. Train station is about a five minute walk. Location is good with food options outside of hotel and to walk around."

"Great location 1 block from train. Staff was efficient and property was clean. Room was small but typical for Tokyo. Lots of food and shopping within 25 minute safe walking distance. 7/11 next door! Breakfast was just o.k., have had better in Tokyo hotels. Will stay there again."
