"Very clean room. Nicely appointed with modern style. Mattresses were much too soft for my liking and actually slid around the bed. Great water pressure for shower. Complimentary beverages were great. Laundry is available on site but because of the combo washer/dryer design, clothes just didn’t come out dry. Nice exercise room with high end equipment."

"Hot breakfast was cold but nearby places good. Hotel was great except there was only one English Channel on the tv which was the BBC. Lovely location for shopping and local restaurants."

"Beautiful property conveniently located. The room was small but very cute. We didn't use the spa, but daily breakfast was great with tons of options. A few minutes walk from train stops and a 15 minute walk from the national garden and Gion District. We would stay again."
