"We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great view of Tokyo Tower from our room on 37th floor. Very good breakfast on the executive floor 38. Bedroom was small but quite good size for Tokyo."
"I loved this hotel, will definitely recommend and stay again. The staff were really nice and amenities were great. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I loved my stay here. "
"Amazingly friendly staff, the views from the lobby are amazing, and the rooms are even better. Didn’t get chance to dine in the hotel but there were great options nearby. Looking forward to staying again.

"Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location! We loved everything about this place. Accessible to many subway lines and the JR Yamanote line as well. A quiet and walkable area away from other more hectic areas of Tokyo. Everything about this hotel was superb. This will be my go to hotel when I return to Japan! Btw—check out Fukki Ramen just a 5 min walk from the hotel. We ate there multiple times because it was that GOOD! The only negative would be that washer/dryer never fully dried our clothes. Otherwise it’s the perfect place!"
