"Convenient Transport: An easy 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making sightseeing and transit incredibly hassle-free.Excellent Facilities: The hotel is pristine and fully equipped. The smart TV lets you check laundry status from your room, and the lobby offers a premium amenity bar with ReFa products. Staying here also grants free lounge access at their Shijo sister property!Rich Dining Experience: The food is phenomenal. The complimentary guest lounge offers afternoon sweets and unlimited evening sake/beer. The breakfast buffet is an absolute must-try, featuring live-cooked Wagyu beef shabu-shabu."

"While the room and lobby were generally a high standard. The one washroom in the lobby was consistently dirty and not hygienic. Further while the hotel offers one bottle of water per room daily, the lobby nor anywhere else is it possible to fill up a water bottle with potable water. Other than these two points the stay was solid."

"i don’t see why as a lady i should pay the same entry to the pool when i’m not allowed access to the sauna located in the men’s locker room . a discounted system should be offered or the facilities levelled up . Generally good and great value for money though rooms could do with a little updating no usb sockets so thwarted charging efforts . restaurant facilities close too early with most last orders at 730/8 not suitable after day trips . 9 would be much better for tourists - we ended ordering takeaway two nights when we would have happily eaten in hotel if facilities opened until 9. pool closes lunch time making you have to time arrival am or pm to make expensive entrance pricing worthwhile ."

"It was a nice little Place for what I needed. I spent most of the time traveling around but it was good for a place to sleep and shower. The breakfast was good early in the morning and they do offer Dinner too but I did not take advantage because of the good food in Japan."
