"We enjoyed our stay at Bangalay Luxury Villas. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, the restaurant offered wonderful food and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the villa fell short of expectations. The lack of attention to detail really let us down and it was far from a 'luxury' experience - a coffee machine was provided, without any coffee pods, there was no welcome note which would have been a nice touch and certainly no welcome gift. "The property manager is very warm and welcoming. Provided excellent service and helped us wherever she can. She even gave us spare heaters as the central heater was way too powerful in some areas of the house. Maybe they can put electric blankets in the bed as this will negate the reliance to use heating at night. She also fixed the Internet by contacting the service provider and having the modem switched. This service made our stay all the more enjoyable. "
