"A couples weekend in London, we saw there was an offer through hotels.com and went for it. Staff were very friendly. We'd arrived before check in on the assumption we would just drop our bags into storage and come back after a quick explore around South Kensington. As it was, our room was ready and we were able to drop our gear off and refresh before heading out. Very pleased with the breakfast and service during this time. Also the bar/lounge area was very well set up and service was exemplary. My wife used the swimming pool and was very pleased. The only hiccup being that she and my mother-in-law (who also stayed over on the Saturday night..) inadvertently wandered into the men's changing room without realising it. Luckily there were no casualties!! Would recommend this hotel for it's service and it's location for sites like the museums, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. We would definitely consider staying again. "

"The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Insist on bringing your suitcases to and from your room. Super clean and housecleaning every day. Tea and coffee and mini fridge in the room (no freezer). Rooms are small but good if you are planning on being out all day and only sleeping in the room. Had a tv and heat/ac. Overall great stay and would come again. "

"We did not end up eating breakfast at the hotel. We did use the spa the first day, which help us relax from our plane trip. The spa under the hotel is an independent institute. It was good, but rather expensive compared to other spas in the area. "

"The Westbourne Hyde Park was ideal! Just a couple minutes from the park, lots of restaurants, and super close to Paddington Station. The staff were so friendly, warm, and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!!"
