"Worked perfectly for me. I had a single room in the building a few doors down. Simple, yet clean, and a small kitchenette if that is a need. Comfy bed and pillows. My single room had a double bed, so it may work for a couple. A great base to set up camp , and explore that Dundas West neighborhood in Toronto with all the local eateries close by, etc. Price was excellent for accoms in Toronto these days. On my radar for a spring / summer trip down the line. Quiet at night as well as a key system...

"Very average, plus side is that you’re near/in downtown toronto. I only stayed 1 night, for me it was fine. you might want to upgrade if you need more comfort. They do charge a 300$ « in case of damages », that should be reimbursed within 1 week. This remains to be seen. "

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "
