This stay was honestly ideal for what we needed. The separate bedrooms with a shared living space (kitchenette) was clean, affordable and everything we needed for our little stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If anyone is looking for a clean, simple, affordable stay in Toronto, close to the stadium, this is the place to snag.

This was a great value for the two days we stayed there. Having two separate bedrooms was fantastic, the staff were very friendly, the only thing I found missing was a pool. I think having a pool on the property would be a big plus.

Keep in mind was world cup month and most of the hotels were expensive. If you want a safe, reliable, clean place to stay, this is the place. It's just going to remind you of college again. Sometimes you wake up to and see kids playing soccer games by your window which was cool. Just note the property doesn't come with a hairdryer and room service can be a hit or miss. But we enjoyed our stay. If you came by car, everything is accessible from here and it's close to the highway.

Everything about the residence and the stay was wonderful. Friendly staff and very clean. Easy to follow directions. The parking was a bit aways from the residence. Overall very family friendly and close to transit. For Toronto the price wasn't bad.

I would stay there again if you need to stay a night or 2. Very simple lodging .Very clean , staff is great. Subway and small grocery store very useful. A few things no AC but windows open so not bad. And no glasses , for water, nor hair blower.

The sheets were not the cleanest. I expected a suite with a king bed instead god a single bed lol. The parking is a 2 minute walk but so inconvenient and I didn’t even shower there i was too scared because she sheets were a bit yellow and pillows had minute stains on them. The room had a weird wet sock no air smell to it. Hated it. The check in and the people were nice and accommodating.

Liked size of two room suite. Hi speed WifFi and on-property Subway shop made for easy meal. Did not like directions. Woeful! Drove around for 30 minutes before finding road, with help from passerby. Signage and directions almost non-existent. Discussed this with staff at check-in and they were well aware of this problem as others have the same complaint. Also, no covered access from hotel to parking garage. In driving rain, had to go between the two by foot and got drenched.

The place was great and the location is perfect. They offer a free parking and there is a Subway where you can buy so many things to eat. The rooms are generally clean but it would have been great if they cleaned the rooms everyday or every two days. We stayed there for 3 nights but no one came to clean our room or change our bedsheets or dust bin. Also the rooms were super hot; I guess the AC was not working. Apart from those few issues, the place is a must go and it's not expensive.

Property was clean and well described. We were very disappointed that although we knew there were no kitchen dishes etc. there wasn't even a plastic cup in the place. We went to the front desk and.were told they were out. Also when there are 4 guests listed why is there only two towels.

Don't confuse this with a Residence Inn Hotel. It's a university student residence building which in June has seperate units with two bedrooms with a double bed, closet, desk, chair and a small tv which has limited access to streaming services. The unit has a small shared area with a table and chairs, a fridge and microwave. There is a shared bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. It was very quiet in the room. There are some fast food places and a convenience store on the first level. Parking is free. So if you don't need the luxury of a true hotel and want either a short or longer stay this place is great and the price is unbeatable.
