"Die Tressore an der Fensterseite waren: 1. wegen der Fahrräder schlecht zu erreichen und zu hoch angebracht, man muß auch an kleine Leute denken. Die Ziffern auf den Zahnräder waren so klein, dass man ohne Lupe sie nicht erkennen konnte, es gibt auch Brillenträger. 2.Für den Fernseher gab es keine Bedienungsanleitung, nicht jeder ist so bewandelt alles aus dem FF zu schaffen. 3. der zugewiesene Parkplatz war zu eng, da die modernen Autos viel breiter geworden sind. "Tolle Wohnung mit erstklassiger Ausstattung. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Obergeschoss ist aber durch einen Aufzug leicht zu erreichen. Von dort oben hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Ostsee und die Strandpromenade . Der Balkon der nach Süden ausgerichtet ist bietet einen schönen Rückzugsort und Möglichkeiten zum Sonnenbaden. Allein die Zufahrt zum Parkdeck ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und für größere Fahrzeuge schon eine kleine Herausforderung, aber machbar. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert."

"Eine tolle Fewo,sehr geschmackvoll und sauber.Alles da, was man braucht. Und der Blick vom Balkon traumhaft. Wir wohnten in Wohnung 06 und haben sie bereits weiter empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Lediglich die Tiefgarage war für unser großes Auto sehr eng, aber die Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus war super und die Fahrten immer durch die Kurtaxe kostenlos.Fazit: traumhaft!"
